AGM 2009 - RESULTS

The Ninety-Fifth Annual General Meeting was held on Friday, 30 October 2009 and the directors have pleasure in advising that all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.  These resolutions are set out in the Notice of the Meeting dated 7 October 2009, which was published in the Annual Report and Accounts for the fifty-two week period ended 27 June 2009.  A copy of this Annual Report is available on this web site or on request from the Company at its registered office: 17 Court Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 7AX.
