With just two months to go until the enforcement of the smoking ban in England, Britain's oldest brewer Shepherd Neame is well-advanced with its plans to have developed 200 of its pub gardens by July 1. Over £3million will have been invested in external facilities at its 380-strong pub estate by September, ensuring smoking customers are not left out in the cold.
